Revoice
Restores in-game voice chat between Steam and non-Steam clients (fixes the broken voice codec on mixed servers).
Version: v0.1.0.34
Installation
Install from the game panel (recommended)
Step 1) Open your console and select your Counter-Strike 1.6 server.
Step 2) Go to TOOLS → Modules (the in-panel installer).
Step 3) Find Revoice in the list and click INSTALL — the panel downloads it and places every file for you automatically.
Step 4) Set the CVARs / configuration shown below (if any), then RESTART the server.
Manual installation (FTP / File Manager)
Step 1) Download the archive above and unzip it on your computer.
Step 2) Open your console → File Manager (or FTP) and upload the revoice folder into cstrike/addons/.
Step 3) Open cstrike/addons/metamod/plugins.ini and register the module on a new line:
linux addons/revoice/revoice_mm_i386.so
Step 4) Restart the server. Confirm it loaded with meta list in the server console.
