Safe UserInfo
Blocks malicious userinfo / name exploits (crash strings, fake-client tricks) that attackers use to crash or spoof on CS 1.6 servers.

Installation
Install from the game panel (recommended)
Step 1) Open your console and select your Counter-Strike 1.6 server.
Step 2) Go to TOOLS → Plugins (the in-panel installer).
Step 3) Find Safe UserInfo in the list and click INSTALL — the panel downloads it and places every file for you automatically.
Step 4) Set the CVARs / configuration shown below (if any), then RESTART the server.
Manual installation (FTP / File Manager)
Step 1) Download the archive above and unzip it on your computer.
Step 2) Open your console → File Manager (or connect over FTP) and upload the plugin files:
safe_userinfo/safe_userinfo.amxx→cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins/
Step 3) Open cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini and add the plugin on a new line:
safe_userinfo/safe_userinfo.amxx
Step 4) Restart the server. Check that it loaded with amxx plugins in the server console.

Notes
A protection plugin with no settings — install it and it works. Pairs well with the Metamod modules ReAuthCheck and Safe NameChange-style protection.
