The basics of ordering and running a server with us.
How long does setup take?
Your server is created automatically as soon as the order is paid and is usually online within a couple of minutes.
Can I try a server before I pay?
Yes. You can run a free test server for 24 hours - no payment needed - and upgrade it to a paid plan if you like it.
Can I upgrade my server after ordering?
Yes. You can move to a larger plan whenever you like and your worlds, configs and files stay exactly where they are.
Can I move my existing server to QGS?
Yes. Upload your world and files through the file manager or FTP, and our support team is happy to help with the move.
Do I need to port forward?
No. Every server gets its own address and port on our network, so your friends can join right away.
Are the servers protected against DDoS attacks?
Yes. Every server sits behind multi-layered DDoS mitigation with real-time detection, included at no extra cost.
Payment
Billing periods, payment methods and refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with PayPal, Revolut, EasyPay or bank transfer. All prices are in euro.
Can I pay for longer than a month?
Yes. Choose 3 months for 10% off, 6 months for 15% off or a full year for 20% off.
What is your refund policy?
Every package comes with a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 3 days and we refund you in full.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
You get reminders before the due date. If the invoice stays unpaid the server is suspended, and it comes back as soon as you pay.

What hardware do your servers run on?
High-clock AMD Ryzen and Intel processors with fast NVMe storage, chosen for the strong single-thread performance game servers need.
Where are the servers located?
In Frankfurt (Germany), Sofia (Bulgaria), New York (USA) and, for selected games, Bucharest (Romania). London, Singapore and Sydney are coming soon.
How do I pick the best location?
Pick the one closest to most of your players. Our pages measure your real ping to every location and the configurator pre-selects the fastest one for you.
How much disk space do I get?
Each plan lists its NVMe storage on the plan card, and you can add more storage from the configurator at any time.

We are available 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays.

Which control panel do I get?
Our own QGS control panel with a live console, file manager, FTP, backups, schedules and one-click installers for mods, plugins and versions.
Can I install mods, plugins and modpacks?
Yes. Install them with one click from the panel - for Minecraft there are over 10,000 modpacks - or upload your own files.
Can I use my own map or world?
Yes. Upload it through the file manager or FTP and point the server to it in the settings.
Do you provide MySQL databases?
Yes. You can create MySQL databases for your plugins straight from the control panel.
Do you also offer VPS hosting?
Yes. Ryzen VPS plans with full root access start at €12.00 per month - ideal for GTA V roleplay servers, bots and anything a game panel can't run.
