AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) agree to provide services to the Subscriber/Client subject to the following („General Terms“). QGS Hosting, hereinafter referred to as the company AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting), each of its subsidiaries, (“Us“), (“We“) strong> and the Subscriber/Customer, („Customer“), („Customers“) and ( "You").

Using the services of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) constitutes acceptance and agreement with the ToS ("Terms of Use"). The purchase of Virtual Goods through the QGS Hosting website constitutes agreement to the Quality Server Store Terms of Service.
All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting). Subscriber understands that a change in the ToS by Quality Game Servers („QGS Hosting“) will not be grounds for early termination of the contract or non-payment.
By accepting these terms, you indicate that you also accept the End User License Agreement for the Minecraft, Valve, FiveM games and platforms > and third party organizations.
1. Billing, Refunds and Disputes
Game server services of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) are entitled to a full refund within seven (3) days of the initial purchase of the product/service, regardless of whether the subscriber/customer purchased the product/service for one (1), three (3) or more months. This point is not marked by the time it takes for your initial payment to be processed and may vary by several hours or days. Refunds must be requested by the subscriber/customer. Services purchased via SMS payment are only refunded via debit balance in our system, and products/services purchased via customer (debit) balance cannot be refunded back. Other payment methods can only be refunded by bank transfer. All completed orders for product/service enhancements and other add-ons are final and non-refundable. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that your order begins within a 3 days “cooling off” and we reserve the right to charge for the time used for your service prior to cancellation.
1.1. The invoices that are automatically issued by the billing system at "https://my.qgs.bg" are proforma, after the customer pays the specified invoice, the proforma invoice is generated into a real invoice. FL assumes full responsibility to keep copies of these invoices on its side, if necessary.
1.2. Dedicated servers are eligible for recovery within twenty-four (24) hours of product/service delivery. As dedicated servers require explicit mounting, we must charge a 35% refund fee.
1.3. Subscribers/Clients agree that the system of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) can automatically bill them in case of liability (generated proforma/invoice). The customer reserves the right to cancel the service before the payment deadline in order to avoid automatic (subscription) payment from the system.
1.4. Payments sent automatically (subscription payment) are eligible for a 100% refund of the last payment made. Refund requests, after the automatic (subscription) payment has been made, must be made no more than 48 hours after the payment has been made by the system, otherwise AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right not to refund the amount. Subscribers/Customers agree that after payment is made, they must expressly send a cancellation request, but the remaining amount will not be refunded.
We may need additional information to process refunds. Once we receive a refund claim, we will contact via email address to confirm. If confirmation is not received, we are not responsible for any subsequent charges or late issuance of the refund.
1.5. The customer agrees that in case of a delay of 48 hours, AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) will add a 5% late fee due to RESOURCE booking and late payment.
2. Termination of Service
Subscribers/Clients agree that AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) has the right to cancel the service, if the obligation is not paid within 3 dayss after the payment deadline. The system of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) will send six (6), three (3) and one (1) daily notifications in advance to the email address you specified when registering in the system of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting), before the payment deadline. forty-eight (48) hours after the delay, your services with QGS Hosting ("AS Solutions SLLC") will be terminated. five (5) days after the payment deadline, the service will be terminated and all types of backups, database, files, etc. are removed from the server forever.
2.1. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) is not responsible for an incorrectly delivered message to an email address.
Subscribers/Clients of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserve the right to request provision of an archive copy of their service prior to termination.

2.3. Indecent behavior - In the presence of vulgar cynicism, behavior and insults towards staff members, AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves its right to terminate/cancel the service of the Subscriber/Client, if it deems necessary or to temporarily limit the communication of the Subscriber/Client.
3. Service Cancellation
Cancellation of the service must be done through the Request for cancellation area in the system of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting). The Subscriber/Client can request cancellation by email
[email protected] or through the contact form in the QGS Hosting system AS Solutions SLLC. 3.1. The Subscriber/Customer has the option to indicate immediate cancellation of a service or cancellation at the end of the billing period for the service in question. Instant cancellations are permanent and cannot be undone. A cancellation request does not guarantee a refund - a refund must be expressly requested and is subject to our refund and dispute policies. For high volume sales, services set to cancel at the end of the billing period may be terminated up to seven (3) days earlier if the service remains unused. 3.2.
AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) does not have access to the PayPal account of the Subscriber/Client.
AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) will attempt to cancel PayPal subscriptions via API requests after receiving a cancellation request, but the customer is responsible for ensuring that all active PayPal subscriptions for

AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) website will be canceled automatically upon receipt and confirmation of your cancellation request.
4. Backups (Backup)
4.1. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) provides Daily backups, which are generated every twenty-four (24) hours from 01:00 to 06:00 (UTC+2 EEST) server time and are stored for seven ( 5) days in a remote storage server. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) is not responsible for data loss, we recommend that you keep a local backup copy in case of a defective machine, bad modifications and other kind of problems.
4.2. If the backup copies are not available due to an error, terminated account, etc., AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) is not responsible for the loss of files and data of the Subscriber/Client. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) encourages Subscriber/Client to additionally store files and data on remote media and/or devices.
4.3. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right to exclude files of large size, specific extensions or certain directories when creating backup copies and files uploaded for backup purposes in order to avoid system load.
4.4. Backups are generated on a Queue basis, the entire generation process can take from 1 to 12 hours depending on the number of files and their size.

Restored to backup - The backup backup can be restored to the Subscriber/Client server, all existing files will be overwritten unless a specific file is specified.
Archive ignores the following files: Dynmap, mcmmo_data, .log, .tar, .tar.gz, .zip, CoreProtect
MySQL backups are generated separately from standard backups, generation time is 02:00 (UTC+2 EEST) server time.
4.5. Backups are provided free of charge with the product/service, servers are also restored free of charge.
5. User protection
5.1. The Subscriber/Client has the right to use his service only for legitimate purposes; AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) expressly forbids any type of fraud, deals and other type of activities that may harm another user in one way or another. If evidence is available, AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right to cancel the service of the Subscriber/Client, without prior notice or to provide twenty-four (24) hours to the Subscriber/Client to back up its files and moved.
6. Support
6.1. All support requests to AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) are submitted through the ticket invoicing system. A ticket can be submitted at
https://my.qgs.bg/submitticket.php Any other form of contact other than from the predetermined ticket system, a response from an official representative is not guaranteed. Discord support from official representatives is available for Subscribers/Customers who have purchased an appropriate server management package. Without purchasing an appropriate server management package, you may be directed to seek support through our official support platforms.
6.2. QGS Hosting (“AES Solutions Ltd.”) does not provide support for application-specific issues or issues, such as programming scripts/plugins and third-party programs/applications or other such issues, even if the third-party program/application party has been sold or otherwise provided to AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting). AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right not to respond due to abusive comments (ie swearing and causing others) If this Continues, the Subscriber/Client's services may be terminated without refund of the remaining payment cycle. 6.3 Paid maintenance or the so-called additional service "Server Management" is carried out within certain limits. The Subscriber/Customer has 3 hours per day where our support can configure, install or edit configurations. The Subscriber/Client cannot require the QGS Hosting team AS Solutions SLLC to rewrite/create different plugins/scripts - this service is not included in the Subscriber's/Client's package.
7. LiveChat support
7.1. By starting a chat with a support representative, you agree to the following terms of service:
Violation of any of these terms will result in the withdrawal of LiveChat privilege from the Subscriber/Customer either temporarily (up to 72 hours) or permanently . AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right to revoke access to LiveChat at our discretion.
7.2. Name and email address.
Each Subscriber/Client must use the email address and name associated with the account in the QGS Hosting (“AES Solutions Ltd.”) system to use the live chat system.
7.3. Harassment and Threats
Using QGS Hosting's (“AES Solutions Ltd.”) chat system to transmit any material that harasses another person, including but not limited to QGS Hosting (“AES Solutions Ltd.”) and /or its staff and partners, threats and destruction of property are prohibited and may result in revocation of chat privileges.
7.4. Support Level
The live chat system should be used for informational purposes only. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) cannot guarantee the resolution of every problem that the Subscriber/Client may have during a LiveChat session, even if you have purchased add-ons such as Premium Support, Mod Support or Plugin Setup.
7.5. Some issues can only be resolved through a support ticket. The support representative will direct you to the appropriate department if necessary.
Support agents are prohibited from accessing your server to help resolve issues while you are in the Live Chat system.
7.6. Quality Game Servers ("QGS Hosting") can only offer support for the services it provides and only to Subscribers/Customers who have purchased the services.
7.7. Security and verification
There are some aspects where due to lack of verification, the Subscriber/Customer must provide proof of identity related to the product in question. This must be done to confirm that the Subscriber/Customer is the owner of the product/service in question.
8. Affiliate Program
8.1. The received balance from the affiliate program can only be used on the website of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting)
Withdraw amount: After reaching BGN 15. in your affiliate account, you must submit a ticket to our sales department to have your affiliate program balance credited to your account as a debit balance.
If the Subscriber/Client attracted by the affiliate program has placed an order using a promotional code, the 40 percent commission is charged on the final amount paid by the Subscriber/Client.
The Subscriber/Client of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) can request an internal report and analysis of the Affiliate program at any time. Each partner has detailed statistics and reports in their client area from where they can monitor the status and analysis of their program.
9. Use of SMS System
9.1. The use of the free SMS system provided by AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) is intended only for Subscribers/Clients of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) within the Republic of Bulgaria. All SMS are valid only for the Bulgarian telecommunications operators (A1, Jettel and Vivacom). Use of the SMS system for gambling and fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the Subscriber/Customer's account or service.
9.2. The added debit balance via SMS cannot and will not be refunded. The amount that the Subscriber/Client adds as a balance in the profile is compared to the actual amount that AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) receives from the SMS operator (WANA CO LTD). The amount that AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) receives from one sent SMS is forty (40) percent including VAT, compared to the price of the sent SMS.
9.2 SMS Credit System (gamecms.org store)
The added debit balance via SMS cannot and will not be refunded. The amount that the Subscriber/Client adds as a balance in the account is relative to the actual amount that AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) receives from the SMS operator (WANA CO LTD). The amount that AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) receives from one sent SMS is on average forty-five (~40%) percent with VAT, compared to the price of the sent SMS.
9.3. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right to prohibit access to the use of the credit system in the GameCMS store (https://gamecms.org) if the Subscriber/Client abuses it for the purpose of fraud and other activities prohibited by law.
9.4. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) bears no responsibility for the actions that the Subscriber/Client has done by using the GameCMS store system (https://gamecms.org)
10. IP Addresses
10.1. QGS Hosting ("AS Solutions SLLC") will maintain and control ownership of all Internet Protocol (IP) addresses that we may provide. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) may, at its discretion, change or remove all IP addresses without prior notice.
10.2. Blocking (Blacklist) of IP address - AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) bears no responsibility if third-party persons have blocked the IP address of the Subscriber/Client due to abuse, such as spamhouse, fivem and other third party entities. The Subscriber/Customer should personally contact the third party to clarify the case.
11. Fake players and BOT players
11.1 The Subscriber/Client must adhere to up to 10 active fake (fake) players to their game servers to avoid manipulation of statistics by third parties and corresponding blocking (Blacklist) of IP addresses.
11.2 This number does
NOT include BOT players who are listed as such with [BOT] in the game statistics!
11.3 Exceptions to the number for fake (Fake) players and BOT players are also possible, only if this time does not exceed more than 1 round hour.
12. Using a MySQL database
12.1. AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) offers instant database creation from the control panel, MySQL database is provided as a free service, for this reason AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) is not responsible for any data loss or database corruption. When the Subscriber/Client uses a MySQL database, AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right to terminate the Subscriber/Client's MySQL database if deemed necessary. Service to provide free MySQL database, should not be used for personal use, such as website database or other activities not related to the services of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting).
13. Using RESOURCE
The measures below are intended to protect and prevent problems caused by the Subscriber/Client on the servers of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting). By accepting the terms of use, the Subscriber/Client acknowledges that QGS Hosting's AS Solutions SLLC system may restart, suspend or terminate the service without any prior notice.
Excessive CPU Limit Exceeding 13.1. In order to avoid overloading the servers, AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) uses a monitoring system "HEXAGON" this system monitors the network and the server loads, in the presence of an excessive excess of the RESOURCE, the Subscriber/Client agrees that the system of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) may restart, suspend or terminate the service of the Subscriber/Client, without prior notice.
Unlimited disk space 13.2. Although AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) provides the Subscriber/Client with unlimited disk space, AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) reserves the right to remove excessive files, such as large logs, redundant backups or other files that can affect the node (Master Server). This policy is in place for protection as full disks (NVMe/SSDs) can and will cause the node (Master Server) to fail.
Unlimited bandwidth traffic 13.3. The services of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) have unlimited (bandwidth) traffic, but in case of traffic anomalies, the Subscriber/Client agrees that AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting) has the right to suspend or cancel the service of the Subscriber/Client in case of continuing anomalies that may affect the node (Main Server) or other Subscribers/Clients.
In order to maintain the integrity of our services, the use of the services for illegal or gambling activities is not permitted, as are the following types of activities:
13.4 IRC scripts and bots of any kind, unless expressly permitted by the management of AS Solutions SLLC (QGS Hosting)
- Proxy scripts/anonymizers
- AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
- IP scanners
- Bruteforce programs/scripts
- Mail bombs/Spam scripts
- Dump/Mirror file similar to Rapidshare and others
- Audio streaming with more than one or two streams
- Escrow, bank bonds, programs and trading sites for bank bonds
- High yield programs (HYIP) or related sites
- Investment sites (FOREX, stock exchange for Electronic Gold, Second Life/Lip Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme and others)
- Major Banks Programs
- Lottery/Gambling Sites
- Focused Hacking Sites/Archives/Programs
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to pirated/illegal content
- Scam sites of any kind
- Mailer Pro hosting sites
