Chat Manager
OciXCrom's all-in-one chat control: coloured chat, admin/VIP name prefixes and tags, dead/spectator prefixes, see-all-chat for admins, country tags via GeoIP, word blocking and more.

Installation
Install from the game panel (recommended)
Step 1) Open your console and select your Counter-Strike 1.6 server.
Step 2) Go to TOOLS → Plugins (the in-panel installer).
Step 3) Find Chat Manager in the list and click INSTALL — the panel downloads it and places every file for you automatically.
Step 4) Set the CVARs / configuration shown below (if any), then RESTART the server.
Manual installation (FTP / File Manager)
Step 1) Download the archive above and unzip it. It already contains the addons/ folder structure.
Step 2) Open your console → File Manager (or FTP) and upload the extracted addons folder into your server's cstrike directory, merging it. The plugin lands in addons/amxmodx/plugins/ and its config in addons/amxmodx/configs/.
Step 3) Open cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini and add:
crx_chatmanager.amxx
crx_chatmanager_toggle.amxx
Step 4) Restart the server.

Configuration
Chat Manager is config-file driven. All behaviour lives in ChatManager.ini. Colours use codes like &x01 (default), &x04 (green), &x03 (team). Key [Main Settings]:

ALL_CHAT | 0 = normal, 1 = everyone sees all chat except the enemy's private chat, 2 = everyone sees everything. |
ADMIN_LISTEN_FLAGS | Admin flags that can read every chat (default m). |
GLOBAL_CHAT_FLAG | Flag whose owner's messages are always shown to everyone. |
BLOCK_FIRST_SYMBOLS | Messages starting with any of these symbols are hidden (e.g. @ / !) — handy to hide command input. |
DEAD_PREFIX / ALIVE_PREFIX / SPEC_PREFIX | Prefixes shown for dead / alive / spectating players. |
TEAM_PREFIX_T / _CT / _SPEC | Team labels shown in team chat. |
File:
cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/ChatManager.ini— edit it in the File Manager, then change the map or restart the server to apply.
Commands
